Inspire Design Service were excited with this project to transform a double garage into a Holiday home. This has created a new venture for the clients to rent out this lovely one bedroom detached cottage as an Air B & B therefore bringing new income from a previously unused space.

As you can see from the above photo’s and plans we have transformed the existing garage into a beautiful accommodation to rent as a holiday home.

Adding new dormers to the rear of the building the 1st floor now has a modern spacious bedroom with a separate bathroom with a free standing bath and shower but also has a quirky cottagey feel with the unique shape of the ceilings and the windows looking out over the countryside.

The ground floor is open plan with double aspect windows also with an un-interrupted view. This space has everything you need for a comfy stay , fully functioning modern kitchen and a lovely lounge area to relax in.

Outside there is a private garden area with plenty of room for outdoor dining , garden furniture and even the luxury of its own hot tub.

Parking space is also conveniently located.
