New Farmhouse in Cockerham, Lancaster

For this project we assisted with the gaining of planning permission and discharging conditions for a new build farmhouse. The clients brief was to design and create something with great traditional features, we helped create this design with the clients budget in mind. We assisted with visuals and walkthrough video to show them what their new home would look like.
