New Balcony Extension Approved by Preston City Council

We have gained planning permission for a new balcony to the front of an existing property in the Goosnargh area.

Under planning rules, all new balcony’s require full planning permission, this is mainly to ensure overlooking factors of the proposal.

Our client wanted to create a space to enjoy the southern side of their house in the spring/ summer, where they can sit outside and eat alfresco style.

We designed the balcony to be constructed from a mixture of glass and steel o give it a contemporary feel and the floor will be glass to ensure light still comes through the front of the main house.
