Rear House Extension in Fulwood

For this client, we designed a new rear single storey extension to their property. This came approx. 4m out and makes a great difference to their layout and in particular their kitchen, as this extension would create a great open plan kitchen/dining area, ideal for entertaining. Planning permission was required for this as it did not fall within their PD rights on the property.
